Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. She was born on June 13th, 1962. Her first film appearance was in Bad Boys (1983). Following that She joined the Bratpack group and appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is an actor and an writer. She began her film career with the crime drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s. She was praised. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured famous actors Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. John Hughes' film is widely regarded as one of the greatest high school films ever made. While the budget for the film was just $1 million, the film's profits were more than $50 million. In the meantime, she was also appearing in various TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. The show targeted teenagers and began airing in April of 1980. The other shows she appeared in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. The show Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. Also, she appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being an appearance in a small part. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her outstanding performances, among them an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
